Wildfires raging across Los Angeles County have claimed at least five lives, destroyed over 1,000 structures, and forced the evacuation of more than 30,000 residents.
Among the hardest hit was Pacific Palisades, where the Palisades Fire has consumed 15,800 acres with zero containment.
Other active fires include the Eaton, Hurst, Lidia, and Sunset fires, each wreaking havoc across the region.
The fires also destroyed the Bunny Museum in Altadena, a beloved landmark housing nearly 50,000 bunny-themed items, leaving its owners devastated but determined to rebuild.
President Biden, after meeting with Governor Gavin Newsom and emergency responders in Los Angeles, canceled an upcoming diplomatic trip to Italy to focus on federal wildfire response efforts.
With zero containment on several major blazes, the battle to save lives, property, and cherished landmarks continues.
