Despite the pressure of playing against the reigning Spanish champions having not won there since 2022 Flick’s squad rose to the occasion, particularly in the second half, where they scored four goals to secure a dominant victory.
Thrilled by the achievement, Flick emphasized the strong mentality of his team and announced an additional day off for his players to relax and celebrate. “When I started here, my goal was to foster an environment where players can excel.
