- MTN’s GHC399 bundle jumps to 214GB, up from 92.88GB
The government has directed all major mobile network providers—MTN, Telecel, and AT—to increase their data bundle offerings by 10–15% starting Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
At a press briefing on Tuesday, June 10, Minister for Communications and Digitalisation, Sam George, stated that the move is aimed at improving internet access and digital inclusion across Ghana.
“AT (AT-Tigo Ghana) will raise all its data packages by 10%. For example, its GHC400 bundle will now offer 236GB, up from 195GB,” the Minister announced.
“Telecel Ghana will also see a 10% increase across all bundles. Notably, its GHC400 package, which previously gave users 90GB, will now deliver a substantial 250GB.”
“MTN customers can expect a 15% bump in data across all bundles. Additionally, the popular GHC399 bundle—which had been revised—will return, offering 214GB instead of the current 92.88GB offered under the GHC350 package.”
These revisions are part of the government’s ongoing efforts to make data more affordable and accessible to citizens nationwide.
