The Krontihene of Akyem Asoum, Nana Boadi Amponim Abodade III, has voiced unwavering support for John Mahama, describing him as a modern-day Good Samaritan destined to rescue Ghana from its current woes.
Speaking to GHOne, Nana Abodade III lamented the dire state of the nation, attributing it to corrupt leaders who have plundered its resources, leaving the country in a state of despair. He expressed hope that Mahama’s leadership would reverse this trend.
“We thank God that the good Lord is about to hand the mantle to President Mahama,” he said, referencing Luke 10:29. “Ghana has been stripped naked and is bleeding. The robbers have stolen all the goodies, but a Good Samaritan has come to heal, restore, and recover the stolen wealth.”
