Ghana’s Security Services Show Compassion: Donate GHS 1 Million to MahamaCares Fund
President Mahama Commends Security Personnel for Selfless Act

President John Dramani Mahama has commended personnel from Ghana’s security services for donating GHS 1 million to the MahamaCares Fund, a program under the Ghana Medical Trust that provides financial assistance to individuals battling non-communicable diseases such as kidney failure, cancer, stroke, and diabetes.
The donation was made by various security agencies, including the Ghana Police Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Immigration Service, among others.
President Mahama praised the security personnel for their selfless act, stating that their contribution would significantly impact the lives of many Ghanaians.
This donation follows an earlier contribution to the MahamaCares Fund by the Military High Command, demonstrating the commitment of Ghana’s security agencies to supporting initiatives that promote the health and well-being of citizens.
