  • Agyapong pledges bold, practical solutions to drive real national development

Kennedy Agyapong, former Member of Parliament for Assin Central, has reiterated his readiness to steer Ghana towards tangible, impactful development through decisive leadership.

Speaking to a crowd of supporters and well-wishers during his 65th birthday celebration in Accra on June 22, 2025, Agyapong emphasized that the nation’s challenges demand more than polished speeches—they require leaders who act.

“Have faith in me—I can drive real transformation in Ghana. Seeing the overwhelming turnout today tells me you believe in my vision, and I won’t let you down,” he declared.

Agyapong lamented the underutilization of Ghana’s abundant land resources, pointing out that successive governments have failed to leverage them effectively for the benefit of the youth and the broader population.

He stressed that Ghana’s progress hinges on practical, opportunity-driven leadership capable of translating potential into prosperity.

“Ghana’s problems aren’t ones that can be solved with grammar and endless rhetoric. What we need is a leader with vision and action—someone who recognizes opportunities and has the courage to capitalize on them. Our fertile lands, if properly tapped, could empower the youth, create jobs, and drive national growth. It’s time for bold leadership to unlock that future,” Agyapong asserted.
