Former Tiger Eye PI Member Accused of Leaking Suale's Photos and Fleeing to the UK After His Death
Daniel Owusu Koranteng, a former colleague of slain investigative journalist Ahmed Suale at Tiger Eye PI, has been charged with murder in connection to Suale’s death.
Authorities allege that Koranteng was near Suale’s Madina residence at the time of the fatal shooting and fled to the UK in 2019 to evade police investigations. He was arrested upon his return to Ghana on March 15, 2025.
Investigators claim Suale identified Koranteng as the person who leaked his photos to Kennedy Agyapong — an accusation Koranteng denies. He was arraigned before the Madina District Court and remanded into custody. The case has been adjourned to April 1.
