Eric Agyei, Deputy Spokesperson for Vice Presidential Candidate Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, has called on Ghanaians, particularly those in the Ashanti Region, to vote the New Patriotic Party (NPP) out of power.

He argues that the NPP has significantly disappointed the Ashanti people and is unworthy of another term.

During his appearance on the ‘Ghana Se Sen’ program on Lawson TV/Radio Asanteman, Agyei urged voters to reflect on the past and support the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming December 7, 2024 election.

He criticized the NPP government under Akufo-Addo and Bawumia for allegedly selling off state properties for illegal mining activities and failing to support local businesses.

Mr. Agyei emphasized that the upcoming election is crucial for Ghana’s future, asking voters to consider the real impact of the NPP’s eight years in office on their lives.

“This election is about you as an individual,” he stated, highlighting the need for a government that truly serves the people of Ashanti.
