President Nana Akufo-Addo has declared Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as well-equipped to succeed him, citing his extensive public sector experience and economic expertise as key assets to propel Ghana’s development.
“Dr. Bawumia has the vision, knowledge, and leadership to guide this nation toward prosperity,” the president remarked at the NPP’s “Possibilities Victory Rally” held at the University of Ghana, Legon, on December 5.
Highlighting the stakes in the upcoming election, Akufo-Addo urged Ghanaians to vote for Dr. Bawumia and all NPP parliamentary candidates, emphasizing, “December 7 is about the future. Bawumia is ready to take over from me and lead Ghana to the next level.”
The president also spotlighted the government’s achievements, such as the Free SHS program, expanded healthcare facilities, and improved business conditions, as a testament to the NPP’s commitment to national progress.
