Aprebi’s Women Empowerment Organization marked Valentine’s Day with an act of kindness, bringing love and hope to vulnerable children on the streets of Amakom, Kumasi.
Philanthropist and media personality Oheneyere Adwoa Aprebi, a presenter at Lawson Media and the founder of the organization, led the initiative by donating food to the children, filling their day with joy and smiles.
Speaking after the heartfelt gesture, Oheneyere Adwoa Aprebi emphasized the broader significance of Valentine’s Day, stating, “Valentine’s Day is not just for lovers; it’s also a day to show compassion and kindness to the vulnerable in our society.”
She highlighted the struggles of street children and the importance of recognizing their need for love and care.
“Being a street child is not easy. Today, I chose to celebrate Valentine’s Day with them because they need our help and support,” she said.
