Yaw Owusu Obimpeh the newly elected Ashanti Regional Council of State Representative, has expressed heartfelt gratitude to Asanteman for the trust bestowed upon him in the recent rerun of the council election.
In a passionate appearance on the Ghana Se Sen Morning Show on Lawson TV/Radio, Owusu Obimpehpledged to prioritize the region’s development and ensure he does not disappoint the people.
The former Ashanti Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress secured a decisive victory in the election, garnering 49 votes, a commanding lead over his rivals.
Mr. Owusu Obimpeh is set to seek the blessing of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II following his swearing-in, marking the beginning of his commitment to advancing Asanteman’s growth.
