Veteran Ghanaian music producer Fred Kyei Mensah, known as Freddyma, shared the news on Facebook, expressing sorrow over the loss of his former classmate from Prempeh College.
Addo Kufuor Jr. was a distinguished figure in the mining industry, having served as President of the Ghana Chamber of Mines and the ECOWAS Federation of Chambers of Mines. He also held senior positions at Newmont Africa and AngloGold Ashanti, including Vice President of Corporate Affairs.
A respected chartered accountant, Addo Kufuor Jr. was a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Ghanaian equivalent.
