Former Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo, now a member of the Council of State, has reaffirmed her commitment to offering impartial and honest advice to President Mahama.

Addressing concerns about her role, she defended her qualifications and independence, stating, “I am there in my own right simply as a former Chief Justice. I am not even there representing the Judicial Service.”
