Dr. Frank Amoakohene, the Minister nominee for the Ashanti Region, has urged the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to dedicate the first three years of their term to developing the region.

He believes this strategic focus will foster progress and build support in a region dominated by the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Speaking during his vetting in Parliament, Dr. Amoakohene highlighted the importance of collaboration with MPs and stakeholders to create a robust development framework.

He pledged to prioritize uncompleted projects, particularly in healthcare and road infrastructure, to transform the region and improve livelihoods.
